Project : Having moved Theorem into a smaller part of their existing office space, Marlin was asked to look at completing a dilapidations schedule that was agreed between the landlord and the tenant. They were then asked to complete these works.
The works involved stripping out all existing partitions, doors, glazing, electrics, tea point, flooring, part toilets, part shower, part ceiling, part lighting, and the security grills. We then refurbished the space by fitting new flooring, entrance matting, redecorating throughout and totally refurbishing the lobby area, toilet facilities, and stairs.
