Project : Careful planning was needed to work on the 13th Floor of Eagle Tower, especially when other works were taking place at the same time. Good liaison with the building manager was essential throughout this project.
IRM wanted a functional solution for their new office space. Works consisted of the Design and Build of a reception, boardroom, meeting rooms, cellular office space, tea point, open-plan space for 38, hotdesking area, and a secure communications room. In doing these works, Marlin altered the lighting, general power emergency services, data, and mechanical services. We also completed all plumbing decorations and flooring works. The project was completed over 5 weeks including the installation of new furniture.
