Project : Using the landlord’s contribution to avoid a typical Cat A fit-out, Marlin introduced some interesting design concepts. We designed and built an exceptional working environment, incorporating spacious and modern break-out areas, curved walls, themed glazing, and open ceilings throughout. Our scope involved all aspects of a fully managed design and build solution.
