Project : Having completed two other projects for the Hexagon Group, we were asked to replicate the look and feel of their Reading office. The Chippenham building did not have any cooling and was also short of power to accommodate Hexagon’s needs.
Marlin worked with their new landlord to come up with a suitable mechanical and electrical solution. This involved building an external compound, ground works and containment runs into the building for all associated pipework and electrics.
We also refurbished all the interior involving the following works: detailed design works, project management, strip-out, new partitions, doors, glazing, built-in storage wall, small power, lighting, data cabling, emergency lighting, fire alarm, smoke detection, tea point, toilets and shower, associated plumbing, decorations, flooring, site management, and health & safety.
