Project : Having worked with Pro Global on many other commercial property requirements, Marlin was instructed at an early stage to help locate their new London office. We space planned several locations before focusing more heavily on the 11th Floor of One America Square. After an analytical period, heads of terms were agreed by their property agent and lawyers were instructed. Marlin then developed a details technical drawing pack, scope of works, RAMS and programme. We then presented this information to their new landlord for approval.
Once the lease was signed and the Landlord issues a licence for alterations, we then move forward with the interior fit out of all works required and the installation of new furniture. Good communications with the landlord’s team was paramount in working on the 11th floor of such large city building.
