Marlin has worked with Pro Global on several projects in Gloucester, Glasgow and London. For this project, the works involved a full strip-out of an existing office back to a bare shell and refit of the entire floor. We created space for a large coms room with fire suppression, three tea points, ten meeting rooms and space for 425 staff. Works involved new partitions, doors, lighting, low and high-level power and data, tea points, plumbing, air conditioning, extract, access control, new workstations, operator chairs, meeting furniture and bespoke furniture.
